Our best staff are calm, consistent, observant and good at building relationships. The work needs clear boundaries, strong safeguarding awareness, and the patience to help a young person rebuild their confidence one step at a time.
We assess every application against the job description and person specification. Safeguarding checks and references are standard for every role.
